We KEEP THINGS SIMPLE and EFFICIENT.
We harvest our crops within 100 km from our plant and process them the same day for freshness. Our trained specialists wash and disinfect the crop carefully. Then they lay it in very thin layers on stainless steel racks which are gathered on trolleys and loaded into the dryer. We limit the dehydration to a few hours so the crop quality is optimally and correctly preserved. Finally, we sort the crop manually, then package it to allow storage for several months under vacuum or in a modified atmosphere.
Throughout the production process, we have made quality and food safety our priority, as evidenced by our ISO 22000 certification.
