DESCRIPTION
Our delicious dried strawberry slices have no added sugar and that makes them a rare product on the market. They are ideal as a healthy snack, or as an addition to breakfast cereals, yogurts or salads. We select varieties that are naturally high in sugar and low in acidity in order to yield the best balanced taste.
We grow our crops in the region of Korba, the capital of strawberries in Tunisia. The harvest is early in the morning and we quickly process it with rapid drying in very thin slices for same-day freshness at our nearby plant. The fruit retains all its flavor and pretty bright red color.
