DESCRIPTION
Dried apple slices are popular snacks for low-calory diets. We cut the fruit in thin slices and dry them in a tunnel dehydrator. We make a green choice by using smaller caliber apples which are sometimes snubbed for fresh eating. So when you enjoy our treats, you also help avoid global food waste. Our preferred process is to use no additives, but we can accomodate special orders with sulfur dioxide for color retention.
