DESCRIPTION
Our dried clementine wedges are an innovative product that is unique on the market. They have a natural bright orange color, a typical citrus smell, and a sweet taste with a hint of acidity. Once you start snacking on this, you can’t stop! But no worries, this healthy snack is rich in vitamin C and has no added sugar.
We grow our own crops in the Cap Bon peninsula, a Tunisian region famed for the quality of its citrus thanks to mild winters. Our seedless clementine citrus is a delicious tangerine-like fruit traditionally grown here. We start to harvest in November and process the fruit right away for freshness at our own factory located less than 60 km away. We hand-peel the fruit and hand-separate the wedges, then simply dry them in a tunnel dehydrator.
